This page explains, in plain language, how Meridian Studio handles the details you share through the project brief form. It is a template document — replace it with your own legal text before going live.

What we collect

• Contact details you type into the form (name, email, phone).
• Project information you choose to share in the message field.

How it is used

Only to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. Details are never sold, rented or shared with third parties outside the project team.

Storage

Briefs are kept for the duration of the conversation and archived after the project closes. Ask any time for a copy — or deletion — of anything you have sent.
